A couple of saturdays ago they had an impromptu yard sale taht started at like 10 am, I saw 3 people stop by.

Thanks, Rain and thunderstorms likely.  But, and it's difficult to tell from the photo, much of that is graded to drain towards the sump.  There are a couple of areas that will get nasty again probably, But I dont think it will be anything like last time.
