I've never fallen into the water while fishing or jumped in after a fish.

BUT I WOULD.   Smiley

Good morning.  Coffee

Football season died a slow death yesterday.  At least when we lost the natty there was excitement.  That NFL game yesterday was BORING.

Our golfball buddy (2Stater) has reached a new pinnacle now: back-to-back scores in the 70s.  He'll be hard to live with for a while.  I'm going to avoid him on the course until he cools off a bit.

Recruiting day cometh this week.  Buckle up.

It's raining.

Chech, where are the fish pics?

Yep, the game stunk and so did the commercials. Lots of money down the drain for both.

Headed to Columbia, SC for a meeting tomorrow, then likely off to P'cola. My SIL's grandfather died yesterday and he's taking it pretty hard. He's a good man and we feel we need to be there for him.

Fish pics?

Hopefully today I can get out between rain showers and catch a few fishes.  But this rain surprised me.  It's supposed to be 70 again, so they should be snapping.

Stay tuned!

I thought you were fishing yesterday, that's why I asked. Good luck today.

Bad luck to fish on Sunday.

Especially if you have other plans.

Good morning folks.  I'm back in the office this morning after working out.  Looking to work a long day today to make up some time in advance for Wednesday.  I'll be leaving work early because Mrs. Nalt's mother is having surgery again.  This time it is to remove one of her ovaries and to repair a hernia.  Not sure how long that will take so I'm going to plan on being there when the kids get home from school...

Good morning, all.

I'm surprised to see you older, er, chronologically blessed, fellas saying the Super Bowl was boring.  I expected only the millennials (and Patriot haters) to have that view.  As far as the commercials, I didn't pay attention to any of them.  Well, I did see the Stella Artois commercial with The Big Lebowski (Jeff Daniels) that I thought was pretty funny.

I've had a bad two months of eating and gained back 8-10lbs of what I'd lost from over the previous 7 months.  I'm trying to get back in the swing of things.  I just had an "egg bake" concoction with broccoli, spinach, eggs, egg whites, onions, and peppers.  It also had some cheese, smoked turkey, rotel tomatoes, sambal oelek, and siracha to make it bearable.  It was filling and nutrious for about 270 calories, which is all I can ask for.  The 9x13 pyrex made 4 breakfasts worth, so expect me to be complaining by Wednesday and Thursday.

Good luck shedding those pounds, HL. I haven't walked in a couple of months because of the crummy weather. I've got to get back to that. Buddha looks anorexic next to me.

MDA is sponsoring a "weight loss war" that started last week.  I weighed in with my team of four.  As of this morning I had lost a total of 4 pounds. Not a bad start...
