I was going to post that I believed we had never before had a no. 1 team visit BDS. Then by accident on YouTube I saw that Mississippi State visited ranked no. 1 in 1014. Bama, ranked 5, beat them 25-20. My memory is getting bad or I blocked this out thinking it was ridiculous that Miss State could ever be ranked first.

Any others I missed?

I was fixing to post that I was at this game, but I wasn't even born then.

Laughing It's that "Sometimerz" kicking in, OT.

I really was at that game. That's when they had Dak Prescott. We jumped out to a big lead and held on to win. Great game.

You seem to have a mysterious influence when you attend games. Be sure to put LSU and API on your schedule.

It's all Saban, OT. Bama was a .500 team with me at the games before that, post 2007 of course. I was at the UL Monroe game.

That's pretty bad, 2, but I was taken to an Ears Whitworth game the year he lost all 10.

God bless you, OT.

Still raining here with more to come. Looks like pretty much every poster here is getting rain. Let me know which one of you is building the ark and we'll head your way.

Glad I didn't watch the WS last night. I would have been very disappointed.

LF and I watched the first 6 innings.  Houston was in control; hardly any base runners for the Nats.  Then the dam broke...

Yep RAINING HERE and chilly (45).

All the kids in the eastern U.S. are going to either be disappointed, or trick-or-treating in the rain tonight. We never get them at our door anyway, whether here or in P'cola, but we buy candy anyway. Hey, it's not like it won't get eaten.  Cool

We usually get 2-3 groups of kids.  That's all.  This year LF only bought one small bag of candy.

Freeze warning here for Thursday night; expected to get to 31.

Good morning, fellas.  The rain has set in here as well.  There's going to be a lot of it.

Chech, you are correct about the WS.  All six games have been won by the visiting team.   That's a first for any playoff series in any major American sport.  Tonight should be a fun one.

If I were Houston I'd move the game to Dallas.

They should've taken your advice.

Good morning folks. Yep, raining here too. Glad the Nats won personally.  NL east well represented in the WS except for those three pesky games in DC.
