Western Kentucky just beat Western MIchigan with a 52 yard field goal with an extra play with no time on the clock.  WKU tried a hail mary pass as time expired but WMU had 12 players on the field.

Glad to hear.  The WSU/WMU game is a pretty good one.  Tied up right now with >2 minutes to play in regulation.

Bizarre ending. WMU had too many men on the field on a hail Mary by WKU, that was incomplete. WKU then kicked a 48 yd FG to win it.

We made it back to Greenville safely. One of the easiest return trips we ever made. No rain and lighter than normal traffic is a good combination. Now, time for foosball.

Good deal.

Good morning and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!   Panic

I stayed up last night watching the Virginia one-man show versus Florida's speed and power.  It was ugly, but Florida made enough mistakes to keep VA close.  With 2 minutes left FL kicked a fg to extend the lead to 15 (betting line was 14), and I'm sure betting fans everywhere took notice.  But VA managed to stumble downfield, helped by penalties, and get a TD with seconds left.  VA threw a tackle-eligible lateral for a TD, but it was called back (not a lateral; not eligible).  Then they got a legit TD pass.  Interesting game.

We have a party tonight, so I'll need a nap.  Not much sleep last night.  You??

Here ya go, Preacher:

Tua Tagovailoa was named the winner of the 2019 Bobby Bowden Award, it was announced on Monday.
It recognizes the Division I player who epitomizes a student-athlete from a faith perspective.

Happy New Year's Eve! Last day of the year and the decade. I've got a note out to Father Time to slow the he!! down.

Miss St was a big disappointment yesterday, getting beat by an ACC team. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.  With UF's win, that puts the SEC at 3-1. More games today. I'm getting bowl burnout. I may only watch the bigger games. Tomorrow is the big one. I look forward to the Tide sending Harbaugh home with his tail tucked between his legs.

Very happy about Dylan Moses returning next year!

Good morning you old fellows.  Happy New Year to everyone.  I'm glad that the Gators won but they were resembling a Big12 team for the first half it seemed, no defense.  I'm looking forward to Bama's game tomorrow.  I saw that the Awbren team has adjusted their team goals from a NC, to making the CFP, to playing for the SECC, to now hoping for a 10 win season.  I'm hoping they get beat tomorrow so that all of their goals are failures... Is that wrong of me?

Since it's too late for them to go 0-12, no.
