Good morning. 

It snowed here last night from about 7:30 to midnight.  Our deck was covered, but it melted everywhere else.  Fun to see, but a reminder that this storm was intense.

Hope everyone survived the nasty part of the storm.  Lots of tornadoes yesterday.

Good morning folks.  Checking in early while I charge the battery on my Suburban.  Was leaving for work in my truck but it wouldn't start so I decided to go in the Suburban.  Almost dead battery.  Not enough juice to start it.  Maybe I should just call in this morning and stay home...

Everyone stay warm today because it is definitely COLD out.  No snow for us though thankfully.

Glad you had a backup vehicle.  Hope it works when you need it to drive home.

 

I just don't drive the Suburban enough to keep the battery hot.  Driving to work will charge it enough so that I won't have a problem this afternoon.  I'll take some jumper cables and back into my parking slot just in case though... 

I really don't understand why my truck won't start though.  It has been running just fine and I filled up the tank last night on my drive home.  The battery on it is strong so the engine turns over just fine...

Just a guess, but an easy fix is when a fuse is out.  I had a VW Rabbit with a fuse that ran the fuel pump; dead engine when it went bad.  Easy to check.

  I plan to check it out more thoroughly this evening when I get home.  I made to to work on in the Suburban.  Even stopped at WalMarks to pick up a few things.

I've been going with a group most weekends to Top Golf lately just to hit a few balls.   They have heaters so it's usually pretty comfortable.

HL, there is a Top Golf 1/4 mi from my office here and I have 2 gift cards. Haven't been since it opened. Might give it a try tomorrow. Chech, I'll ask for purple balls.
