Good morning folks.  I don't think it rained overnight. I hope you all are well.  Bama did well in the NFL draft with 4 firstround picks.

5. Tua to Miami
10. Jedrick Wills to Cleveland
12. Henry Ruggs III to the Las Vegas Raiders
15. Jerry Jeudy to Denver Broncos

LSU had 5 first round picks including #1 overall Burrows to Cincinnati.

The SEC had 15 overall 1st round pics which was the most of any conference and it wasn't even close.  The Big Ten and Big 12 each had 5 1st round picks.  But can't you just hear the fans from those two conferences chanting that the SEC is overrated?

@ NALT.  Yes, we did well last night in the draft.  Happy for all concerned.  Bit of a surprise that Lamb went after both Ruggs and Jeudy.  Maybe that down-field blocking paid off.  Lamb is a talent, but he's a receiver; not a player.

We had rain last night, but only drizzle.  Today looks beautiful; tonight looks horrid again.

I stayed up til midnight, through the 29th pick. It was a good night indeed, for Bama. More picks coming tonight.

Good morning.  It's raining, and it's been raining all night.  Just a gentle spring rain.

Very nice day yesterday.  I spent the entire day doing yard work and bird watching.  A friend from down the street came over; he's learning birds.  Lots to see.


SUMMER TANAGER.  Wish I could post videos here, because this little bird put on a show in the bath.  Bright red.  They spend the winter in Mexico, Central and South America.  Just arrived here this week.

Solid draft for Bama players and Jalen. I believe 9 Bama players have gone in the first 3 rounds. Who is left?

Beautiful day yesterday, but very slow play on the golf course. It's about the only activity that you can legally do, so people are turning out in mass.

Storms predicted for today.
