Chechem those pics are beautiful. Hey 2stater your stimulus  check is like ours gone before it got here almost. A brother from the church came and cut our grass and did the weed eating for 40.00. We have a 3 acre yard. God has really been good to us through these times, we have people calling Mrs Dottie checking if we need anything all the time. Sad, it ain't family but great close friends. You all have a very blessed day. Praise God for each of you. RTR!

Good morning.  Any sports news??  ANY??
 

Last night we heard a familiar "THUMP" on our den window.  Another bird pancaked into the glass.  LF never understands when I respond, "BINGO, THAT'S A GOODIE."

Turned out to be an Eastern Wood Pewee, a diminutive flycatcher.  I picked him up and set him on a table overlooking the woods, just in case the neighbor's cat also heard the thump.  He sat there for 15-20 minutes, then flew into a nearby tree.  He may not be as smart now, but he's better educated.

Boy, we had a ton of bad weather again yesterday. One T-storm after another from about 4:30 to 9:00. There was a small break (smaller than I anticipated), and I grilled steaks in a driving storm. Being the master-griller that I am, they came out perfect.

Temps are cooler here too. I see where the eastern U.S. will be under a polar vortex for several days. That sucks. We are going to P'cola on Friday. Mrs 2 wants to go home to celebrate Mothers Day and her birthday with the kids, at a social distance, of course. We were hoping for warmer weather.

Good morning folks.  Much cooler here too. I overslept this morning.  I was up late talking with Dad and when my alarm went off I shut it off thinking that I would just lay there for a few minutes.  1-1/2 hours later I wake up.    The worst part about that is that the extra sleep doesn't seem to have helped me feel more refreshed... Maybe I will take a nap this afternoon...
