Chilly again this morning, however, it's supposed to warm up today like it did yesterday.

Yes, Chech, family day was great. For the first time in forever, they are all doing great at the same time. It was an enjoyable day. Today will be another as we celebrate Mothers Day. Then Wednesday, we celebrate Mrs 2's birthday.

Unfortunately we are celebrating Mother's Day once again without a single mother among us.  Make that without a mother among us.  Well...  never mind.

Glad your celebration went well yesterday, 2.  Prepare well for the birthday, and buy an appropriate gift for the Mrs.  No vacuum cleaner, no golf clubs, etc.  HTH

Good morning folks.  Yesterday was beautiful and not too cool.  Worked outside quite a bit mowing the MIL's yard and then doing some stuff around my pacle.

Mrs. Nalt's birthday was last Sunday.  I'll be glad to get Mother's Day behind us personally.  I wish I could call my momma too...

Good morning folks.  Mother's Day is over and it wasn't to bad even though I didn't get to see my mom. On Friday afternoon the wife and boys and I went up into Tennessee to pick up a new fuel tank that I needed for my late '40's "A" Farmall tractor that my dad gave me.  I spent some time yesterday wire brushing it to remove as much rust, flaking paint and dirt/grime from it so that I can paint it.  It cleaned up pretty well and I got a good coat of primer painted on the top side.  I'll try and prime the bottom this afternoon.

Good Monday morning! I hope everyone had a good Mothers Day. I know Mrs 2 did.

Things are still very dry in the Panhandle. There are wildfires in Walton and Washington Counties, and a burn ban in much of N.W. Florida. I wish we could have brought some of that SC rain with us.

I've got a business breakfast this morning (yes, Waffle House is open  ), then, I'm taking my grandson to the driving range for a little golfballing practice. Bubba Watson owns the driving range. Would be cool to run into him there.
