Yep, redemption. Wasn't real pretty but it was great to see the D play as well as they did.

I missed the radio pre-game discussion.  Apparently we had quite a few injuries after Tenn.  Several of the regular starters didn't play, Gibbs played with a sore shoulder (and got hammered numerous times), and several players were limping during the game.
 

Yeah, the team is pretty beat up right now. The bye week couldn't come at a better time.

BTW, watch the final play again.  MSU scored because a young Bama DB (Jahquez Robinson) lined up in the wrong pacle.  Hellams was screaming at him after the play. 

Hellams doesn't deserve to yell at anyone after the Tennessee game.

Hopefully he's back to himself by Nov 5 - LSU and Ole Miss aren't great, but good enough to beat us if the team that showed up Knoxville shows up in BR or Oxford.

I've got some Cuban mojo beef going in the Instant Pot for after church lunch - getting my taste buds primed for my trip to Miami in three weeks.

I have a good friend who was born in Cuba.   He does a lot of good mojo meats.   We even did a whole butterflied hog back in April.

CBS sports says that was the only penalty Bama had. I think our posters are more accurate than they are.

Well, gentleman, after this 8:30 work meeting ends I'm off to New Orleans for most of the week.   Not to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street but to the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF).   I will get to see the rocket for our second flight while there, minus the crew capsule on top.
