You need to take your boys to one of the all-you-can eat nights, NALT.  Tell them you aren't going to feed them for a couple days so make it count

I've never gotten anything to eat when I've been there, but I'd be interested in seeing how much damage I could do on $9.

Sorry to hear that you are having back problems Doc.  I would suggest you give an inversion table a try and if that doesn't work, maybe try a chiropractor... Hope you can get it under control one way or another.
