The Rotunda?  Actually, my new room is in a private home, and "Yes, MUCH better."  The web access is better here too.  Fast speed.

BTW, the flowers here are well behind those in Chapel Hill.  Cherry blossums just opening.  Daffodils at max bloom.

Correct, not one that's running. 

At home, there's MUCH more money in hay than bush hogging.  You cut the hay for someone, and you get half for the labor.  Good hay is top dollar now, WAY up in recent years.  Mowing hardly pays.
