It even looks better now that I know what it is. I love crab meat and shrimp in a good sauce to top off a nice piece of fish.

There's a spot over here in Escambia Bay where we used to flounder fish a lot and did very well until Ivan hit. The fishing isn't near as good there since then. Kind of hit & miss. Mostly miss. I might take a visit to the DI area. I miss eating good fresh flounder.
