Franklin County, Arkansas hammered by tornados last night.

Watching that now.

Oklahoma and Arkansas. John Edwards finally indicted on campaign law violations,--not sure if he was indicted or only a grand jury now addressing it. Stay tuned. :rabbit ear adjustment:

They were talking to some guy that was all banged up and was looking for his wife.  I think it was Arkansas.  I think I saw Edwards was indicted.  I hope he goes to jail, bad person IMO.

Big day for me today.  Taking a lot of samples in these holes, and we need to get 6 (these are deeper than the others, average of 50').

Understandably, you declined to speak of specifics about your clients project. But in general, what contaminates are problematic? Lead, arsenic, asbestos?

Speaking only in general terms.  Typically on military installations you find hydrocarbon stuff (jp-4 etc), solvents (benzene, tce), explosive remnants (more rare), rocket fuel (pretty rare), metals, PAH's etc. Usually not a lot fuss over lead and arsenic it's a background mineral in Alabama. I do not deal with asbestos but it is everywhere, military and private.

AM reports in-- see y'all for the baseball game. RTR

Not on Youtube yet (I didn't see it) but another film (Fox News) by the Legendary Shots gang from Bama. This time they used a trebuchet (catapult) to launch a basketball for a long 3. Here is the youtube link for other shots:

More tornadoes?  What the heck?

I'll send prayers.  Please send us rain.

Caught a big jack this morning.  The cooks were delighted, "Big jack good for your back".  Clearly they never reeled in a big Crevalle Jack.  Cheesy

Also caught a good-sized tuna and had it for breakfast grilled.  Yum.

All's well here.  Hope for the best for you all.
