Things that I already have.

1 broken Ford 801 Powermaster (1961 est)
1 almost new 5' bush hog.
99% of the tools needed for upkeep, including a hoist, a welder, pneumatic tools, you name it.  My dad left me all his tools, he was a lifetime mechanic.
2 storage buildings (1 is a  barn) Plenty of space for storage and maintenance of equipment.
Road side frontage on a 2-lane state highway (174 running between pell city and odenville)

Working in the woods is dangerous. Saws, tractors, lions, tigers, and bears. You may need a partner, (a second set of hands is almost a necessity) but not a silent one. JMO.

Update on a BIG day:

1.  Bought a few knives at a knife show; best is a Case XX like this (see below).
2.  Went fishing.  No bass, but a boatload of big crappie.
3.  Helped a friend haul soil from his garden with a wheelbarrow to fill ruts made by a truck that got stuck in his yard.  Then we went to WalMart and got grass seed, tossed it, then spread hay over it.
4.  Hiked around the woods.
5.  Had a meeting (boring) with the fed guys.
