Two things happened while on the island:

1. The Daily Thread turned political;
2. My modem died.

I had no email or internet access for the past week or so.  Sorry for the worry, but Lady Friend was also worried until I called her.  The CRS number was unlisted  .

Forgiven. I don't know for sure, but I think the thread went political to lure you back in. JMO. 

LOL.  I just went back and read what I've missed since the modem died.  LOL at MW's suggestions about reasons for my disappearance.  Funny stuff.

Just rain and some wind.  But there is one near Belize now that gave me a heck of a rough ride ashore yesterday.  I didn't have web access for the past week, so I didn't know what was hitting us.

Update:

I just read the tropical-weather update.  Arlene was the one that affected me yesterday.  It is still affecting Belize weather, but is mostly now ashore in Mexico (not Texas).
