What is the hole (yesterday's work)?

The front yard looks great.  Now I see you can mow all the way to the edge of the "creek".

Time for coffee on the deck with LF.  Back in a jiffy.

Storm shelter.

Thanks on the front.  It's not soft anymore either due to proper drainage.  Just need the grass to come up to the edges.

Probably.  The rye is dead by now, and you'll lose about 30% of the bermuda in winter.  The fescue should survive best there in the partial shade.  Looks like you're watering it.
