I think the world is coming to an end. There is this liquid stuff falling from the sky, all over my house and yard.

So if politics are out,--how about this:

There's an old story told that in a drought-ridden town in western Kansas that the Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians and Catholics got together and called for all the town clergy to assemble, along with as many parishoners as could come, to a parched farm field on the outskirts of town for a service where they would make a combined prayer for divine relief and ask Providence for precious rain. A sermon was given on the power of prayer. After the service was over and all walked dustily back to their cars, one little boy was heard to ask his mother: "How come none of them preachers brought an umbrella?"

Chech was here early-early, but was still logged in when I came in.

The article on CGS is great.

They just dont make them like CGS anymore.

I am mobilizing to the beach here in a little for "a week to 10 days"...

North end of Daytona on a private beach.

 Angry

Imagine having an employee look you in the eye and continuously lie. Also imagine the disruption and low morale caused by this same employee going around blaming everyone else for the problems he has caused.  Imagine this same character telling everyone how hard he works when you know he has spent the volume of his career leaving work early to raise money for his bowling league or his birthday kegger. Imagine watching this employee wiggle and worm his way out of ever answering a direct question, to attempt to cover his ineptness. And imagine this employee willing to risk the jobs of all his fellow employees for  his own benefit.  Would you fire him? Just a general question.

If the employee in question is me, then I would give myself another chance.  Embarrassed

Seriously though, I can't imagine keeping someone around that was flagrantly causing problems like that.
