Yep, cold even down here in Lake Charles: "30 degrees; feels like 22".  The frost is covering azaleas and camellias. 

No frost here due to the wind. I wish I hadn't committed to playing golf today. It's hard to make a good swing when wearing long johns.

Not too bad here this morning...28 with the wind chill at 22 but little or no frost...Already up to 39 now...I'd much rather drive 7 hours than play golf if those were my only choices of what to do today!

How ya doing, Leroy? Actually I make a 7 hour drive regularly between here and South Carolina. I'll take playing golf in freezing weather anytime.

Beer was invented shortly after golf, just for that very reason. It doesn't really make your hands any warmer, but you don't care as much about it.

  If I was drinking beer then all I'd be thinking is how cold my fingers and toes were and how bad I needed to take a whiz....and not necessarily in that order  

This time of year I'm thinking bourbon would be a better choice for me

Glad you made it back ok. Golf was awful. I lipped out 7 putts and got 0 breaks today, kinda like Tiger's round except I would have been ecstatic with his 75. Still better than a 7 hour drive, though.
