Morning to you! I hope it's a dry sun shiney Saturday.

How true.  It's dark outside, but the neighbors across have a yard sale and cars are already lined up, parked in front of my house (idiots; buying garbage).  The roofers are going to have to chase them away to park here and get the work done. 

The roofers should be able to finish this weekend.  Been a long haul!

I know you will be glad when that job is done. Yard sales attract people like a dead animal does flies.

I just went outside; an idiot (dead-animal fly) was blowing her horn because another idiot blocked her in.  My neighbor's driveway is long, so the idiots all drove up it and parked, then she got pizzed when someone blocked her in.  I walked up to her car window and said, "My family is asleep.  How about you stop with the horn."  It was dark; she sat there and waited, then called out, "I've got to go to work."  Finally the idiot behind her moved the offending car.

People are overrated.

Morning campers. I assume no one floated away over the past two days with all the rain? Hey Chech, my best idea on dealing with neighbors like that is come over to them picking your teeth with one of your knives and asking in a calm, almost unnervingly nice voice "Is there a problem?"

Or better yet, have a yard sale of your own. Be sure to be cleaning your weapons as the neighbors yard salers drive up.

If you can not get enough basketball this time of year you can watch the DIV II Championship game today. Montevallo is playing Western Washington in the finals. My daughter is a senior at Montevallo so she is pretty excited about it. The game is on CBS at noon.

A group of students, including my daughter, boarded a bus at midnight last night headed to Kentucky for the game.

Montevallo got beat by 7 points. It was a very compeitive game with 17 lead changes. We could not hit our free throws.

We saw my daughter on TV twice. Her roommate is a cheerleader and we saw her several times. All in all in was a good day for Montevallo. They made it to the finals and just missed a national championship. It is not often a school with 2300 students gets national CBS exposure.
