The rain is gone, but it's still overcast: 67 degrees.

You seem to have more than your share of maladies. Unwholesome lifestyle? Usually the kids that were not allowed to "eat the knife" in Mumbly Peg were the sickest. Did you have to keep your clothes clean until after your piano lesson? Mommie's little shadow? 

 

What would a weather threatening Tuesday morning be without a little mean spirited WV to top it off. For your info, I can't even spell peanno. Does the term "kiddy crap" mean anything to you? It's the term used for the stuff that kids catch at daycare and bring it home to share with the rest of the family. My grandson brings his share of it to us regularly. You can go back to your docu-drama on the NatGeo now.

 

I can spell PIANO...now...I couldn't spell it when I came in second in the spelling bee for my elementary school back in the 5th grade   

I lost to a prissy Momma's boy that took piano lessons that I never once saw dirty in 12 years of elementary and high school....I got even with him our senior year in high school though.   

At the end of the year they had an assembly to give us our scores on the college placement exams.  They called us up one at a time and gave us a sheet with our score on it.  When he received his he was just "glowing" as he announced to everyone that he had scored 446.  Later when they handed my score sheet to me, I burst out laughing...I had scored 447 and beaten him by one point...He went to the bathroom and cried

9 times of 10 the flu isn't the flu but just a cold. I think you two just like the feel of a nice, sturdy rectal thermometer!

If you take some Honey, Lemon and White liquor and mix it together and get under a quilt in bed and sweat and sleep. It will be out in 24 hrs. You can put in Peppermint for more flavor. RTR!

Thanks for the well wishes, suggestions and even the comments from the WV peanut gallery. I went to the doc this morning and he said I have a nasty bug, which he gave me a strong antibiotic for. Should start to feel better in about 48 hrs.
