Nice brisk morning down here in the Port City. I'm loving it now, because around mid-July, I am going to miss mornings like this.

It is Confederate Memorial Day. You already know this if you are a State employee because you get the day off.

My cousin is an office manager at a court house in NW Alabama...she asked me last night if today was a holiday for me as well...I almost choked when she told me what they were getting the day off for.
