About 25 lbs.  Queen Snapper is also called a "California Red Snapper."

Fresh snapper fillets at dinner last night.  Notice that the boat captain is guarding the plate (for himself) with his arm.

BTW, it's cooked in coconut oil; gets much hotter than veggie oil, so the fish is crispy and juicy.
