Bummer on the weather, 2.

Here's a pic of the Vermillion Snapper (Beeliners) we were catching with the Queen Snapper.  Nice thing about deep water is the size; big for Vermillions, most 3-5 lbs.  And they are great as fillets.

Those are nice size and you're right, they make tasty fillets and I think it's hitting that same nerve of you-know-who.

Rainfall totals are getting serious here in P'cola. We've already gotten near 8 inches here at the house. Parts of West Pensacola have gotten as much as 16 inches. No relief in sight. CB, X, you guys OK?

high and dry here in south Mobile County ...
still raining and some streets washed out (Old P'gula Rd.)
not sure on the amount that has fell but it's a lot ..
