Since it's the "Daily Fishing Report Thread", here is this afternoon's report.

I took the boat out alone, and trolled along the wall.  The water depth drops there from 60' to 900', so usually it's the place to catch good fish. ,I was using a 4" squid lure ("hoochie") with a 4/0 hook.  I caught 2 Barracuda, 2 tuna, and some jacks.  Fun time.  I was back after an hour in time for dinner (baked chicken, fresh dinner rolls, and such usual stuff).

These aren't the fish I caught today.  I didn't bother to take a photo.  But they're the same species.

LSU's We're # 2 ring. They actually put # 2 on the ring. I guess they have come to accept the BCS beatdown.

I saw someone else say they should have mentioned Alabama on the LSU ring. As in "We were #2 nationally to the Alabama Crimson Tide". It would have been the right thing to do and wouldn't have added significantly to the price per ring. LOL

Good morning. I have never heard of something so funny. I guess Les Miles is getting scared of his job, so he is trying to embarrass a championship out of the LSU bunch. RTR!
