What was Georgia doing letting Buffalo hang 23 on them? Looks like the East is weak again this year.

First half, UGA played poorly (for what was expected).  Richt gripped to reporter at halftime that they needed to play better.  The 2nd half was better and they took control.  But UGA didn't look like a national contender.  Of course, thanks to the Fulmer Trophy, they were missing a few starters!

At halftime, Lou pointed out what everyone could see: "Florida has no quarterback."  Plus, Florida had 10 penalties during the first half alone, didn't play well overall, had some injuries, and didn't look well prepared.  They'd better start playing like an SEC team.  Next week they travel to College Station to teach Texas A&M what SEC football looks like.  

BTW, it's tied 14-14 in Gainesville (3rd quarter).

SIAP, but there is a line of heavy thunderstorms stretching from north of St Louis all the way to Little Rock, AR.  Yes, leftovers from Isaac.  As a result, we have a tornado watch here until 11PM.  Needless to say, if our power goes out you'll hear my screams.   Angry

Florida is in trouble.  BG is moving the ball (leads UF in total yards).

3rd quarter yet, but BG is inside the UF 20; down to UF by 3.

edit:  BG fg shanked (2nd missed fg this game from fairly short).
