Morning. I found myself surrounded by riot police while an angry mob threw rocks and bottles at the Japanese Embassy just few feet away earlier today.  Just another day in Beijing. Time to sleep now, see ya'll at game time.

What is the obsession with the verb "maul" today?  Undecided

That was the wording ("It's a mauling") used by Verne for Bama's dominance over LSU in the BCSNCG.  It's become chic (i.e., chique) among those who follow Alabama football closely.   Smiley

I dare not be seen as being un-chic. I did enjoy the mauling today, therefore.  Smiley

 Sad Sad Sad

Bummer of a story from this morning.

I was driving along the highway to my buddy's house, and I saw a yellow lab wandering into the road.  It had a collar and looked well kept.  It was walking into the left lane, so I blew my horn and it stopped and turned back to the owner's driveway.

I then saw that I was meeting a fast car ahead, and I saw in my mirror that the dog walked back into the road.  I flashed my lights at the oncoming car, but they didn't slow at all.  The driver was on a cell phone.  Angry

As I watched in the mirror they hit the dog, and it spun into the driveway.  I went back.  It was dead.   Sad Sad

Good morning. That 52-0 was A LOT better than my golf score yesterday. I'll take that trade-off.  Cheesy

GM, my friend.  Sorry about the golf, but if failing at golf ensures a Bama win, well ... whiff away!

Thanks for the Mussbrentburger correction.

About 8:30 last night my computer decided to adopt a virus, so I spent the rest of the evening watching TV with LF.  At 11:45 I gave up on Ole Miss, cleared the computer, and went to bed.  All's well today.

I hate viruses, both computer and people types. Angry

I got over the Mendoza line on my picks this week. After 2 5-5 weeks in a row, I finished 7-3 this time. Wooot!
