BTW, it's 51 degrees here in Mississippi this morning. 

It'll be a beautiful day.

Currently 46 at the Huntsvegas Airport, up from 44.  It was nice to walk out of the door to a little crispness.  It's 73.2 in my office and feels like an oven comparatively.

Cooking dinner this evening, I was trying a recipe that required the use of bacon. As I was cooking the bacon, the woman comes in, looks at the half cooked pack, and wondered if that was enough. "Enough?" said I. "There is no such thing as enough bacon." Am I wrong here?

Flavoring the terrapin soup?

Is that what the Mountaineers eat prior to the big "rivalry" game with the mighty Terps each year? 
If anything can add to the flavor of turtle soup, it would be bacon.

CB, those chicken feet are popular in Mexico and Central America, especially in soups.  Not to my taste, except when fried crispy.  They look bizarre, but are munchy (like tips of chicken wings).
