Hey all, just wanted to share that I have been officially accepted to the Master of Library and Information Science program at Catholic University in D.C. ! Yes, I am going back to school, hopefully this time to earn a degree that will actually help me get the job I want.

Home from chemo in Tallahassee...it went well but 10 hours including travel time is a long day...about 6 hours of that is spent hooked to IV bags...they do give me some good drugs along with the poisons so I slept through a lot of it.  All in all I feel pretty good and if this treatment is like the last tomorrow will be okay too and the full effect of the chemo will hit me late on Saturday afternoon about game time and peak on Sunday and taper back to where I feel like norma (or what passes for normal for me theses days) on about Wednesday.  I'll have another CT scan in a couple of weeks and then if I'm making progress and still tolerating the treatments I'll have 3 more treatments 3 weeks apart and evaluate everything again.
