Here in Cleburne Co. at Fruithurst, I am sitting on my porch in a rocking chair with my shoes off. I don't know how warm it is, but it sure feels good. I sure hope all the people in this stuff plays it safe. RTR!

Wouldn't you like to be on a drop zone with this weather and make a scheduled jump our of a C-131? You might jump in FT. Bragg, NC but land in the Atlantic. loll, RTR!

Afternoon gents. I hope everyone is bracing for this wintry blast. Looks like we are going to catch it early Sunday morning. Makes me very glad I will not be going to the Ravens game that day.

Remember Willard Scott? I was on a plane years ago from Atlanta to Montgomery and he was on the plane. In the Montgomery airport they had a high school marching band playing and welcome signs everywhere. Ole Willard was well liked. He killed me wearing a toupee one day and bald the next.

Man, what a day! Diet Coke isn't going to be enough, tonight.

Still warm and muggy here, but windy. It hit 80 degrees here today. Fronts on the way, along with some rain. It will drop only in the 40's tonight with the high in the 50's tomorrow and then back in the 70's Sunday. I can live with that.

Don't tempt me, or I'll move down for the winter.  We're at 32 with freezing rain and sleet (if there's a difference).

We didn't get any of your frozen stuff Chech, thank goodness. This might be a good day for you to stay around the fireplace and enjoy some college football, that's a good looking fire.

Today is a big day for Bama football even though they aren't playing, I've got my fingers crossed that some good things will happen for the team.
