Well, unless you like stoic, organized 3 minute history sessions, the opening ceremonies were a bit lacking behind China's summer games a couple of years ago. But then again, the communist era was eliminated from the program. 

It rained all night here and everything is saturated. C'mon spring, where the heck are you?

Morning gents. Overcast here in central Maryland, and we may be getting more snow tomorrow. Also a little annoyed because the O's have not even ATTEMPTED to get another starting pitcher. Sigh, looks like yet another season behind the Yankees and Sox.  Banging your head against the wall.

I used to follow the O's, CB.  Been about 40-50 years.  They were good back then!

Story for you all:

Yesterday I was coerced into attending an education seminar.  Mostly a yawn until the speaker talked about a similar program at "Auburn University located in Auburn, GA".

I  .  The speaker went on to say she'll visit with the folks in Georgia next month.

IF she can find it!

BTW, check this forecast for us on Monday:

"Winter storm warning.  Sleet and freezing rain changing to snow.  Accumulations of ice followed by 3-4 inches of snow on Monday...  Snow ending by 10AM Tuesday."
