Yep, I leave in about half an hour.  Sundays are slow at the shows, so we get more between-dealer trades (bargains).  The only knife that I saw and missed was sold yesterday before the dealer told me the price.  His brother-in-law (at the same table) bought it.

Sunday is also the day that people show up with bundles of knives to sell.  Hopefully I'll get some good buys.  A few months ago a guy brought me 8 Puma knives, made during the 1970s and still in the boxes.  Sweet.  Those things sell for $150-250 if mint, and sell like hotcakes.*

Good deal, safe travels, maybe your new friend will have some more stories.

We'll have plenty of time to chat.  He's really a big-time fan of Kenny Stabler.  He told me all about Stabler's family and young life.  I should take notes this time.  Hope I didn't mess up details too much on yesterday's story.

I have a stainless steel grill (top of the line- big money) only to find that the base is not stainless. First a wheel plate broke off, now the propane bottle has fell through. Even spent $40-50 on a grill cover which at the time I felt was probably overkill. Pissed. 4 years old.

Box stores sell a lot of junk.  You should see the amount of plastic in the riding mowers compared to my snapper.
