Good morning everybody. I hope everybody is well and blessed this morning. Congrats to AJ and wife for their grand news. I am glad to see parents who raise their kids to have good families. Well we will see what this day brings in the way of distractions. So, has practice began yet for the playoff game or does anybody know? RTR!

Good Thursday morning! We are sliding toward the weekend, and the weather down here is going to be in the mid 70's. Not bad for mid-December. This global warming thing doesn't seem to be too bad.

BTW, ESPN this morning is showing a poll indicating that Herny will finish 2nd in the Heisman.  Ugh!

Chech, looks like you are sending us some bad stuff Sunday night but Sunday hasn't gotten here just yet and we all know about Ole Man Weather and how quick he can change his mind.

I heard a rumor this morning concerning an injury on the basketball team and if so, it's not good news for the team. 

Sad news if the ESPN reports are correct concerning the Heisman. This award has become no more than a popularity contest which is a disgrace to the sport and the award. Maybe there should be some restrictions on who actually has a vote and not every Tom, Dick, and Harry having that right.

Yeah, Jamos, I've been making the most of the nice weather.  I added some mulched soil to my strawberries and fertilized them.  Come visit during May if you like strawberries!  Also cut down the dead tomato plants and cleaned up that area.

You having a winter garden this year?  I could eat some fresh greens!!   

Heisman: At least this year we won't get a punk for the award.  Unless misjudged, all 3 candidates seem to be outstanding people (I hope).  No doubt about that if King Henry wins!

ESPN is just trying to drum up a crowd for the ceremony. Vegas odds are way in favor of Henry. Votes came in quickly after the games were finished this past weekend, so the voters haven't been able to react to the drivel that is currently being poured out. Henry's got this.

This is a good day. Just found out Dottie's niece has stage 2 stomach cancer. God, cancer runs rampid in her family, you know we had a daughter die of cancer at 33 years of age. This stuff is ruthless and I always think of anybody who could have this stuff. We have a warm beautiful day now, sure helps the bones, and I look forward to the bowl season. I am also curious as to how our recruiting will go this year? Hope you all are Blessed today. RTR!
