Well just got back from the VA in Birmingham and having my PTSD evaluation. She said I wasn't crazy but my wife probably don't agree. lol, RTR!

Preacher, my oldest brother served and was in Vietnam for 13 months. He has PTSD pretty bad and is on medications to help him with it. It is serious stuff. My father served in 2 theaters in WWII, North Africa and Italy. They did not identify PTSD back then, but I assure you, he had it. I hope they are giving you what you need to deal with it. You deserve it.

I would try to stay away from things that trigger it , like movies and books that stir emotions of memories ...
but sleep you have no control over , that can be rough  at times , as long as loved ones aren't waking you up with
a broom stick ... I'd consider that an improvement .

Good morning from cold Virginia. 

We had snow flurries all the way from Cookeville, TN to Charlottesville yesterday.  But the only place it was icy was near Bristol, TN.  Even then it was wet, but not terrible.  The entire time LF kept saying, "The forecast is for zero precipitation!!"  Today the skies should clear.

Preacher, you're in our prayers, as is Dottie.  Merry Christmas.

Well today starts bowl season and our cable is off. Then I find out our cable company has sold out to a company in Texas and they don't open for reports except Monday through Friday so, I guess I don't get to watch bowl games this weekend. I'll have to keep up on the site here. RTR!
