Memphis has had 6".  We've had 3", and it's still pouring down like crazy.

Thanks, guys.  Preacher, glad they got the tin on your roof before the storm hits.  Better throw out an anchor; gonna flood everywhere tonight!

 Tinfoil Hat

We weren't expected to get any rain tonight. Now they say 90% chance. That tells me that the system will be speeding up. Maybe it will let up for you soon, Chech.

We had a bizarre, red sunset-like sky (mostly a reddish-orange sky before dark).  I took it as a sign that the clouds were lifting.  The rain has stopped for now, but we're supposed to get more for the next 3 days; maybe not the deluge, though.

When it quits at your place then it's headed to my place. Bracing.

It rained all night, but not the flooding-type stuff, just light rain.  Looks like they were right; we got about 6".  Just north of here, near Memphis, they had 9".

Preacher, glad you and Dottie got home safely.  It was an ugly day.

At least the basketball boys won.  Crazy season!

Glad it didn't get any worse than that for y'all, Chech. We've only had spotty rain here. Systems looks bigger and slower,

They're saying our rain will be tonight and tomorrow.

Yeah, ours is supposed to last until Sunday night.  Just occasional showers Sunday, though.  It's soggy out there.  Memphis had a mud slide:

I remember Riverside Dr very well. I also remember the news anchorman. Apparently, he's been there forever.

We got about 2" of rain, so it wasn't too bad here, although, we are expecting more today.

What a crummy day for Bama sports yesterday. Lost in basketball, baseball and softball.  Sad

Did the bass team fish yesterday?

Prolly on the Quad!  The Grove (Ole Miss) is a lake!

Yeppers, not a great day for sports.

Today we'll try to work in the mud and drizzle.  Coffee first!  Coffee
