Alabama was surprisingly dominant over State yesterday, and it was done without a power running attack.  Who expected 41 passes by Alabama?  Who expected almost twice as many passing yards as running?  And the defense didn't even score!  

We got to sit back and watch Georgia break the Aub hearts (despite the refs).  Loved it!  And with that we win the SEC WEST.  Next ...

The 67 yard Jet Sweep by Stewart is misleading. It goes in the stats as a pass play but should be a rush IMO.

Good point.  Guess I was most surprised that we got so few yards powering up the middle.  The middle didn't seem to ever open up, even after we were well ahead.  Be interested to watch the video again to see who/how MSU defended the middle so well.

I got to see very little of the game yesterday due to who I'm staying with, plus the golf. Should have quit after 9 holes and watched what I could. I shot a 39 on the front and a 52 on the back. I was gassed after 10 holes. The team rolled, though, so all is well.

How about all the upsets? Clemson, Michigan and Washington all going down. The polls should be interesting this week, particularly, the committee poll. I'm guessing Ohio State will be #2.

Don't forget the Aggies.  Now the Big Ten has four teams in the top 10 with only Bama to hold the fort.  What's going on with the SEC meltdown?
