Here's the image I just downloaded.  Safe pacle is ready (including cello inside it), Lady is racing around gathering stuff (gees it's nasty here, but the storm is 50 miles away yet), and gun is loaded (for bear --not Rebel Bear).

Memphis is reporting 2 tornadoes on the ground north of the city, at least one in West Memphis, and now we have warnings all around here too.

We're okay, but this one looks nasty.  The stuff behind this line is equally nasty.  Expand your map and look at it all.

Whats your elevation?  Tornadoes are like throwing a dart at a map, floods are like spilling your beer on the map.

Yall are getting pounded with the rain on top of everything else.

We're good with elevation.  Locally I'm atop a hill (70' higher than 1/4 mile east of me and 50' lower than 1/4 mile west).  Basically I'm atop a steep hill in my neighborhood with a creek uphill of me 150m that carries water past me and away.

Horn Lake (north of us by 40 mi) has a tornado on the ground.  Memphis channel just showed a video of it crushing houses.

My buddy, whose deck I helped build this weekend, is in the threatened area according to the news.  That pacle has been hit 3 times in 5 years.  Hope he's okay.

Sirens are blasting every 15 minutes to announce the warnings.

I went outside and watched an incredible lightning show.  The worst of the storm is north of us and west (toward Abbeville).  See the purple stuff on the pic?  That's the tornado (north of Batesville).

Okay, WV, I checked on you.  The radar shows the "weak line of thunderstorms" went north of you.  Unload the AK and release the cellist.

there is another guy that would be there but he wrecked in T-Town during the A-Day storms and
his  chase truck is in my shop right now , we are trying to get it back rolling .
