I was up real early one day, a while back. You said sometimes you get "hung up in the 3s", I guess meaning waking at 3am or 3:30.

Yesterday I was up at 2:30 when a DD hit redial calling his girlfriend. He forgot about calling me at 10-11pm the night before. Today, I have already burned a weeks brain cells, trying to figure out why our rate of build (angle) was off. Turned out someone in Tejas doesn't know how to tally pipe.LOL

yeah I remember now.  I think I used the word "stuck", "hung up" is not a phrase I would use.

Today I will connect my new (refurbished) ditch to my pond.  THis is the one that previously crossed the property line where it is not maintained causing my lower field to flood.

I rec'd a FB friend request from a guy I knew when we were kids. All I remember about him was this:

We were in the Junior High Gymnasium and our coach was telling us we needed to get athletic cups. This kid raised his hand and started telling some stupid crap about his mom having some little pans, and would that work. I'm thinking about posting the story on his FB page, but not sure what is considered funny or mean on that pacle. Seems no one ever says anything funny, and if they do, no one gets it. I'm never on FB--once a month.

It's controlled by an overflow.  Once I am done connecting I will have access to the overflow and can do what I want with the pond level.  Problem is, that area is under the tree that has the huge limbs just hanging on the other limbs.  I dont like working under there.
