Hey, X, here's a video taste of the Belize islands (and fishing there).

http://globalflyfisher.com/video/currents-belize-full-version

that is my dream come true right there Chech , awesome place and cool people
I can see why you enjoy it so much there , it's paradise .

had the boy take a picture for you today

we cross what I believe is the last manned draw bridge in the State of Alabama on
the way down ...

the DI bridge , remember when we use to be able to fish off the old one ?

oh yeah ... and for WV ... I fixed you a plate to snack on , hope you like cocktail sauce .

kids caught plenty of fish to cook , ate way to much , the sunset was fantastic , I am pooped .
the kids wasted a lot of the pizza because of the seafood or more like catching and eating it instead .

the main thing is that all the Mothers had a great time ... mission accomplished

 Applause E-Cred for you, X.

I spent many an afternoon at Ship n Shore.

And I remember fishing on the old bridge.  Once a buddy and I caught needlefish with flyrods from it.
And I was there in 1966 (67?) at the Rodeo when a car lost control and plowed through a crowd on the bridge and killed a bunch of them.  I worked the Rodeo as a "Judge Assistant", handling fish at the weigh station for 8 years.  Fun times.

Now we go to "Ax Men" on History channel. Great night for TV!!!!

I got COPS on TruTV between innings.

Kids & grandson just left. I'm chillin' with the Braves. I'm exhausted. Grandson ended up spending the entire day. There is no one else in his eyes but me. Not sure how I became so blessed with that, but it's great. Just physically wears me out. Hope you guys had a good one. If your mother still graces this earth, I hope she had a great day.
Grandson's admiration/adoration well placed. Did you tell him how you shooed that snake?

Spew.  You are lower than the snake he shooed.   Applause E-Cred
So low a snake fart would blow dust in my eyes?

Lower.  Among the worms.
Than a shooed snaked belly in a wagon rut?
Hey 2, I prefaced my smart azz comment with how the Grandson's adoration was well placed. Hope you didn't take offense, since we go way back as tag team smart azzes.  Applause E-Cred

You guys were posting so fast, you evidently missed my zinger about Conway, SC. It was a good one too. Go back and re-read. I never take offense to good sarcastic zingers. Tag.
I caught it. Also caught the pmull crack about the Coastal Carolina Autozone Alternators. IDK how you fellows can sleep at night, condoning common thuggery and shooing off highway robbery.

Too busy with the snakes. Ya know,my golf trip to Myrtle Beach which I've given you an invitation to, could remedy 2 situations. Golf is a great stress reliever (or at least the beer is), and, being an ex cop, I could help you track down that scufflaw. Conway is right up the toad. That's just the kind of guy I am.
Not sure you people take your alternators serious. Tag.

Don't know if I'm cranky, but seafood of any kind would be a treat right now. Cooked pork chops on the grill today. Some shrimp on the barbee would have been great.

o'man  Shocked    I remember that ... we were staying on Peavy Island and had been fishing on the bridge earlier
before that happened ... very bad thing for sure that freaked us out when we heard it  ...

I also remember those needle fish , getting one up on the bridge was no small feat
they always seemed to wiggle their way off before you could get one all the way up .

man I miss those days ... I see why you go to Belize like you do ...

If you watched the Belize video Chech graciously shared today, help me with this. The flyrod guys in Belize were using a longer flyrod than I do. But the rod action was extreme (4 o'clock-8 o'clock rather than 10-2). Also I kept hollering at the screen for them to get their rod tip up when they reeled in a fish (permit).

Those guys are just self-taught fishermen.  I was thinking that too.
