Good morning Chech. Big win over So Car in baseball last night.

Fishing today? Still no rain?

Morning.  Yes, flyfishing this morning when the tide gets lower.  I'm looking out my cabana window now (the water comes right to the edge of my deck) and see it's coming in this morning.  Best when low, and the Bonefish "tail".  That should be about noon.

I went to the dock this morning to see my friend off.  He was here for a week, and has a morning flight from Belize City.

NO RAIN.  A group of college kids here did a rain dance last night.  Even if it doesn't rain, at least the show was entertaining.  Yes, alcohol was involved.

Rain dances normally involve alcohol.  Cool

Fishing sounds great.

We caught 10 tuna yesterday, and grilled them for lunch and again for dinner last night.  Great grilled.  Everyone got some, but I managed to stuff myself.  I packed some hot pepper sauce down here for them; yummy.

Time for breakfast.  Thanks for the chat, guys.  Roll Tide.

Chech, you could become supreme ruler down there if you start up a desalination facility.

"And get rid of that ugly refinery."

This pacle tried desalination.  Can't get the filters and repair parts within country.  After a year the parts were limiting, and the equipment went from producing 5 gallons an hour to a quart an hour.  They gave up.

Keep thinking.

I had a Rheem AC, gas furnace and cooling coils installed today. My original Carrier unit was 19 years old and struggling to keep up in the heat of summer. I am told the new unit will save me money eventually. I am ready for the savings to start since I wrote that big check today. I checked out several brands and settled with Rheem. I hope I made a wise choice.

That "it'll pay for itself"  sales pitch is great. Hell, give me 10 of 'em. No AC needed here. Maybe 3 or 4 days a summer, but by night time you'll need a sweatshirt.

I didn't buy that pitch either. The gas heater was fine. The old AC struggled in the heat of an Alabama summer. It wasn't un comfortable but the AC ran all day and I would wake up at 3:00 in the morning freezing. The power bills have been getting higher and higher. I am trying to convince myself I made a good decision. I wish the the old unit would have just quit.

I changed an old fuel oil furnace out for electric a couple years ago. Best move ever. Good luck with yours.
