He and his wife are real unfriendly types. I think he has even alienated his daughter and son in law. They wanted to lease  that property to put cows in some time back. Maybe this is his perverted way of getting even with (over on) the DC city slicker. Huh? I've had words with him before.

Putting two and two together. Neighbor lady mentioned in passing, several months ago, seeing him down there. He would have no business there and would have to climb a fence to get to where she saw him. I don't understand it either. Weird is right.

I can tell you what this poor folk is doing. Sitting in the hotel lobby in Biloxi, MS wishing I had not lost my azz last night at the Hard Rock Cansino. Video poker is evil.
