OLYMPICS - DOWNHILL FREESTYLE.

Every time I search Google for "camel" I get girls in swimsuits.

Those are some "beefy" looking camels...I guess they need the extra bulk for cold weather.   Chech, it's possible that your search results are influenced using predictive returns based on your previous search history/use Smiley.

Happy Hump Day to all you sandy fellas!

Preacher, Al.com has an article up about the notorious speed trap town of Fruithurst, and how their police dept was shut down back in the mid 70s.  I believe that's your neck of the woods.

The most famous place (pacle) for such was in Sulphur, Louisiana.  When we lived near there back in the 1980s we'd hear about drug busts almost daily on the news.  How could they stop so many people for drugs along I-10?  It made national news.  They'd stopped hundreds of people, searched their cars, confiscated any cash, impounded the cars, and held the people until they paid fines.  Usually it was simply people with a few hundreds of dollars, accused of having "drug-trade money".  I remember one person jailed was literally a little ole lady on her way to church.  She'd just cashed her SS check.  Anyhow, after complaints the police were investigated by the feds.  The entire police department was involved.  Among other crooked parts of the scheme, their confiscated money had been spent on themselves: boats, fishing gear, hunting gear, etc.  They had a slush fund in the millions!

News of stuff like this is why people don't trust the LEO now. Even with it being true in places there are still good officers out there trying to do it the right way. RTR!

Y'all might want to curb the political chatter or take it to the President's Mansion.  Apparently SC is pretty thin-skinned about discussing that stuff here in the FSC... just sayin...

Rarely does anyone do corruption as well as Louisiana.
