Happy Saturday! No politicamel here. 

Played golf yesterday for the first time in 6 months. It wasn't pretty but it felt soooooooo good to get out and play. Shot a 49 on the front and a 42 on the back. After that, I came home and iced down, followed by tens unit treatment. All in all, a great day.  Hug

Good for you.  That's a pretty good score considering everything.  
It was 70 here, so LF and I went for a walk, and worked in the woods picking up limbs and clearing trails.  Today it's 45, and that's today's high; dropping all day and windy.
