My wife makes a blue ribbon winning "ketchupless" meatloaf that will knock your socks off. I say blue ribbon winning, because when she was a teenager, she won the top prize for her meatloaf at a county fair. It ought to do well in that pan.

Cliffs Notes: It drains the fat.

I can live with the fat draining aspect (LOL) if it helps to keep the loaf from crumbling. Meatloaf sandwiches are the best part of meatloaf night (next day leftovers). If this "miracle pan" lives up to the claims, we'll be eating meatloaf better than Birthday cake. RTR

I bet that Belizian (is that a word?) breeze feels good. My thermometer, which is very accurate, says it's currently 102 here in Pensacola. Smokin' hot!

It's 95 in Decatur today. They are predicting 98 for tomorrow. That's August heat.
