No tornadoes in Milton, FL but boy have we had the rain, wind, lightning and thunder! We've been under 2 Tornado warnings and several severe thunderstorm warnings.  I tried taking pictures but they do NOT show it justice.  Round 2 is coming through shortly.  Everyone stay safe and dry! (and do not pull a Terri and go outside in the middle of things to try to get THE picture!) LOL

Fox 10 was showing a huge cell that they thought was a tornado just north of Milton a little while ago. I was praying it wasn't on the ground. Apparently it wasn't. Glad you're safe.

Thanks. The lightning has finally slowed SOME but it's still a problem. We had a young teenage take an indirect lightning hit here in Milton and I think Crestview had an elementary school child hit indirectly. Definitely not safe out there. The damage reports are just incredible.

Yeah, they were showing the amount of lightning strikes on the radar. Unbelievable!

Glad you and yours is good X. We are used to lots of thunderstorms and even the occasional hurricane, but the intensity of what went through L.A. is really unusual. The guy on Fox 10 said that it was probably one cell that did all the damage from Louisiana to Milton, Fl. That's unheard of for one cell to hold together that long.

Hope things have settled down for you guys. Just when I think it's all over, a big clap of thunder sounds and reminds me that I'm not in control! Smiley Still real darkish though.

Wow what a day, it rained 1.06 inches in 15 min.   I can say I am a proud daddy, the fire truck in the back ground is the oldest boy's truck,  Station #7.  Cheesy
