condo prices at the gulf are way down from what they were awhile back ... not sure about houses .

Gulf Breeze, which is between P'cola and P'cola Beach and borders the sound to the south and Escambia Bay to the north, can't give houses away because of the cost of insurance. Much of Gulf Breeze was demolished during Ivan.

I hate to see the wind even blow because it is so dry and it only makes the drying situation worse. I'm just praying that someone doesn't do something stupid like starting an outside fire. Adger, Al in Jefferson County has been fighting a big fire for several days and they are saying the only way that can get the fire put out is for it to rain.

It's amazing at the extremes you guys are going through weatherwise in Alabama, between the severe weather and now the drought. It's just plain drought here. I'm afraid of water sanctions here before it's all over if we don't start getting some rain.

Mornin' all. Same here, 2. Keep getting some dark clouds and maybe even a little thunder on occasion, but still no H2O here in Mobile. Getting frustrating.
