Still no rain. The heat is not as bad. The high is in the mid 90's now. Thats a small victory.

I'm leaving tomorrow for Myrtle Beach. I go on a golf vacation with a bunch of Atlanta cops & retired cops every year about this time. We golf our brains out for 4 straight days. The most fun you can have with your clothes on.

Those are fun trips. I do that with a group of guys in the fall. We go to Gulf Shores. We stay at Craft Farms. Lots of fun.

Myrtle Beach should be nice. I have never been there. I have gone to Hilton Head and Charleston. Both of those are good golf outings.

We are staying at a resort called "The Legends". They have 3 golf courses on site with a restaurant, bar and a separate pub so we never have to leave the premises, which is a darn good thing for some of us.

Great link. Thanks for posting. The Moorland course is the hardest followed by Parkland, with Heathland being the easiest. I shot an 80 last time we were there, on the Heathland course. You got big plans this weekend?

Normal stuff. Yard work, cook out, drink beer, etc. I am playing golf tomorrow at a local course. It's long and fun but not resort quality.

Have you played any of the Robert Trent Jones Trail courses? They are real nice. I am 45 minutes from the Huntsville and shoals locations. B'ham is a little over an hour away.
