This project I am on is part of  a 400 million $ contract that is part of the stimulus package.  Not that I am a fan of it but it's paying me very well  Good service up here in msfc today.

Smitty, I glad it is working out for you. Do you know how many actual jobs were created by the 400 mllion contract? Most of the stimulus money did create a few jobs but like all government plans most of it went to line the pockets of politicial allies.

No, the stimulus money didn't help the unemployed people it kept paid for an additional 2 years, nor the vets, nor the states that it bailed out, etc.  Try reading facts.  Both McCain and Obama wanted it.  McCain cancelled his participation in the first Prez debate until he could travel to DC to ensure its passing.  That happened in September 2008.

Why be sucked into this stupid political crap?  Try for something positive to say.  I'm having lobster for breakfast.

I took 3 kids fishing yesterday afternoon.  It was rough out beyond the breakers, along the wall where the depth drops from 60' to 2000', but that's where the fish were feeding.  There were big clouds of birds after the small baitfish.  We loaded up with tuna and a big Barracuda, then grilled them at the dock.  They'd never fished in saltwater before; hence the luck.  Never seems to fail.

Wow. That is great. BTW, once we get some deepwater drill rigs and production platforms in there, the artificial reef affect should improve the fishing even more. HTH

Here is something positive. McCain is a Buffoon. I remember him rushing to DC, as you said, to get in on some press coverage. I also remember him being too late to weigh in on the issue.
