Today, take care of some minor "honey-do's" with my son. Momma worked last night and will work again tonight.

Tomorrow is 24 hours at the FD.

Tonight, wife is working, son goes to grandma's, so there are options

1. Go for a cocktail ( or 3) at the local pub.

2. Drop off stuff at the station (that I normally carry back and forth) tonight, so I can ride my bike or run to the station early in the a.m.

( If I go to the pub tonight, there will def be no biking or running to work in the morning.)

Well I prayed for rain and I got rain. Now my wife wants the storms to stop. Sometimes to get the good things there is some bad things. I need to cut grass but it is to wet. We been out of cable starting the 3rd day. Just listen to that grass grow. RTR!

I was in Pell City last night at Arby's and man it was cool looking at the dark ominous clouds reaching down to the ground. When the bottom fell out and lightning went crazy. RTR!

I actually drove through that on my way down here.  Quite a bit of lightening with that storm.

Lot's of lightning down here last night too. Black Lab would not let me get more than 2 feet away from her.

Looks like option 1 from earlier is winning out. Just had a friend offer me a true Cuban Cohiba. So It might be sipping on a Maker's Mark night.  I wish this pub had some truly good sipping rum...sigh...
