Naw-uh-uh, old Bill's still around.  They only winged me up there on little roundtop.  How are things over here with all my 'not-so-roudy and a little more sane' buddies?

If you lived in a rural beach area, less congested, that would be tolerable. Not much privacy left on our coasts any longer. If you had a business that made $$$ off of tourists they would be more tolerable. But a town of 2,000 that swells to 100,000 6 months or more is not, in my opinion tolerable. 1/3 looking for only something for free and 1/3 looking for something to steal.

My years in Gulf Shores were some of the best of my life.  But I was going through a divorce and BTW, the beach is the best therapy ever perscribed.

He's a tool.  And after listening to FB yesterday, I can see that FB is Sheridan's tool.  Sheridan played FB like a fiddle yesterday.  If ever a man could skew a LV betting line when CFB is concerned, it's Sheridan.

Not sure, but Sheridan's tone yesterday left me thinking that going on the FB show was beneath him.  He was rather hum-drum, IMO.

I'm leaving in a few minutes to work with my buddy who's renovating an old farm house.  He told me last night that we'll tear out the ceiling this morning to get the old insulation from the attic.  If you followed the discussion 2 days ago here, we've considered all options; old gray, loose insulation needs to go.  No better way.

Sounds nasty.

Try bran flakes. I was thinking about you the other day. I was trying to remember (talking with a NOLA buddy) the bar in Daphne where I took this guy. 1983-84? Fingers Taylor was playing harmonica. We got seats in two barbers chairs and drank longnecks.

EXACTLY what I was thinking.  That place burned a few years back.  Dude who owned it lived next to me, no insurance.
