I'm leaving in a few minutes to work with my buddy who's renovating an old farm house.  He told me last night that we'll tear out the ceiling this morning to get the old insulation from the attic.  If you followed the discussion 2 days ago here, we've considered all options; old gray, loose insulation needs to go.  No better way.

I remember the guy (skinny guy), but never heard him except at Buffett concerts.  Judge Roy Bean's burned about 5 years ago.  I owned a house in Fairhope back during its heyday; many nights there.
